Cagayan Valley, Caraga, and the provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon, could have cloudy skies with mild rains.
Metro Manila and the remainder of Luzon and Visayas, won’t expertise any vital impression from the northeast monsoon.
The remainder of the nation could have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with remoted rain showers.
